Nelko PP01 Portable Photo Printer Review: 2x3 Mini Prints

Why a Pocket Photo Printer Makes Sense

Most of us take hundreds of photos and never look at them again. They sit in a camera roll, buried under newer shots. A portable photo printer changes that by turning digital files into physical prints you can hold, stick on a wall, or tuck into a scrapbook. The Nelko PP01 is built for exactly that, and it's small enough to carry with you.

What the Nelko PP01 Actually Does

The PP01 is a 2x3 portable photo printer that uses advanced inkjet technology. It produces vivid, full-color prints on premium sticky-backed photo paper that is smudge-proof, water-resistant, and tear-resistant. The printer itself is pocket-sized and weighs only 308g, which makes it easy to bring along for school, travel, and field trips. Each ink cartridge prints up to 80 full-color 2x3 photos, so you're not constantly swapping supplies.

Printing From Your Phone Is Simple

The PP01 works with iOS and Android phones over Bluetooth. You download the Nelko app from Google Play or the App Store, load the 2x3 photo paper with the smooth side facing down, install the ink cartridge, connect via Bluetooth, and print directly from the app. A USB charging cable is included, though the adapter is not. Photo Quality and the App

This mini photo printer uses advanced inkjet technology for clear, vibrant prints. It outputs 600 DPI high-resolution images with precise colors, capturing fine details and realistic tones. Every photo has adhesive backing, which is perfect for scrapbooks and preserving memories. The Nelko app goes further than basic printing: you can edit photos, add frame designs, build collages, and customize with filters, graffiti, borders, stickers, text, and AI image editing. Once you're done editing on your phone, you send it to the Nelko app and get a print in under 90 seconds.
